Applicable Products

This document applies across SZLK products. Product-specific service facts, data practices, prices, risks, or territorial terms appear in the relevant product supplement. If the documents conflict, the product supplement controls only for that product and only for the stated difference. Neither document limits mandatory rights that apply to the user.

Our Position

SZLK products do not sell personal information for money and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. If that practice changes, SZLK will provide a clear notice and any legally required opt-out before the new practice begins.

Why This Notice Exists

Some US state privacy laws give residents the right to opt out of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. This notice gives users a clear place to understand SZLK's position and submit a preference if the relevant product provides a form.

Opt-Out Scope

An opt-out preference, where submitted, applies to the product and identifiers that can reasonably be matched to the user, account, browser, device, or email submitted. It does not stop necessary processing for security, fraud prevention, payment processing, legal compliance, product delivery, or user-requested services.

Browser Signals

Where applicable law recognises a browser opt-out signal such as Global Privacy Control, the product treats the signal as an opt-out for the matched browser or device. If the user is signed in, the choice is applied to the account where it can reasonably be matched.

Preference Form

Users can submit a preference through the Do Not Sell/Share form, privacy request route, cookie controls, account setting, or by emailing dpo@szlk.ai. SZLK confirms receipt and explains the identifiers and product scope to which the choice can be applied.

Changes in Practice

Before beginning any sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or materially different third-party use as defined by applicable law, SZLK will update this notice, the privacy and cookie information, and the user controls, and will obtain any choice required before the practice begins.

No Discrimination

SZLK will not unlawfully discriminate against users who exercise opt-out rights. Some personalised or advertising-funded features may be unavailable if they depend on the processing that the user has opted out of.

Where to Read and Use This Document

This document forms part of the legal terms shown in the product being used. Users can complete account, billing, cancellation, cookie, refund, and privacy actions through the controls displayed in that product. Language Versions

Published language versions are governed to communicate the same rights, duties, and choices. If wording differs, SZLK will interpret the versions consistently, will not rely on an ambiguity to disadvantage a user, and will respect mandatory local law and mandatory local-language requirements.

Changes to This Document

SZLK may update this document to reflect changes in products, law, or operations. If a material change disadvantages users in relation to paid access or legal rights, SZLK will give clear advance notice where required and will provide any cancellation, refund, or consent choice required by law. The effective date identifies the version in force.
