CloudWiki Product Scope
CloudWiki is a private knowledge compilation and evidence-backed question-answering service operated at cloudwiki.szlk.ai. It lets users organise source material into knowledge bases, review compiled pages, ask questions with citations, and provide controlled access through product applications and a Headless API.
How This Supplement Applies
This product supplement is read together with the SZLK Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie / Tracking Policy, Refund and Cancellation Policy, Data Rights Notice, Do Not Sell or Share Notice, and AI and Entertainment Disclaimer. It records the facts that are specific to CloudWiki. General legal and support questions may be emailed to hello@szlk.ai; privacy questions and rights requests may be emailed to dpo@szlk.ai.
Account and Product Data
CloudWiki may process account email, sign-in and session information, product account identifiers, subscription and entitlement state, billing references, usage totals, workspace ownership, source links, retrieved source content, compiled knowledge pages, page versions, review state, questions, answers, citations, application records, and security or audit records needed to provide and protect the service. Application secrets are stored only in a non-reversible form after they are issued.
AI and Service Processing
CloudWiki may send the minimum relevant source content, knowledge context, and user question to trusted AI, embedding, search, and retrieval service providers to compile pages, build indexes, and generate answers with citations. Questions and answer text are not included in ordinary application usage records, although security, error, and aggregate usage data may be recorded.
Payments and Paid Access
CloudWiki offers free access subject to the limits shown in the product and may offer monthly or annual Pro subscriptions with additional private knowledge bases, sources, applications, API credentials, and question allowances. Payment details are handled by the payment processor. CloudWiki records the subscription, billing reference, entitlement, allowance, usage, and delivery state needed to provide paid access.
Delivery and Refund Facts
A paid CloudWiki subscription is delivered when the corresponding account receives the Pro entitlement and can use the paid allowances and capabilities described at checkout. Refund review may consider whether paid access was unlocked, additional private knowledge bases or sources were used, application credentials were created, or paid question processing was consumed.
Cookies, Privacy Requests, and Preferences
CloudWiki may use necessary cookies or similar technologies for sign-in, security, checkout, preference saving, product operation, analytics, and user-requested features. Optional analytics, advertising, or similar technologies should follow the product's cookie controls and applicable consent rules. Privacy requests, cookie preferences, and sale/share opt-out preferences should be submitted through the routes or contact methods displayed in the product.
Storage and Retention
Knowledge bases, source records and retrieved content, compiled pages, versions, review state, indexes, application records, questions, answers, and citations may be retained while the workspace is active and for as long as needed for service continuity, security, dispute handling, legal compliance, or audit evidence. Account, subscription, entitlement, usage, consent, privacy request, security, support, and billing-reference records may be retained for the corresponding operational and legal periods. Removing paid access does not by itself delete existing knowledge data.
User Responsibility and Risk Boundary
Source material may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, confidential, or subject to third-party rights. AI-assisted compilation and answers may omit relevant context or produce errors, even when citations are shown. CloudWiki is a knowledge and decision-support tool, not a guarantee of factual correctness or legal, medical, financial, security, regulatory, or other professional advice. Users must have the necessary rights and authority for submitted material, review sources and answers before relying on them, protect application credentials, and control how external applications use or publish results.

CloudWiki may use service providers for hosting, account access, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, search or research support, storage, security, logging, and customer support. These providers may process data only as needed for the purposes described in the shared legal documents and this supplement.
