Data Rights Notice
Effective 7 August 2026
Company Identity
The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.
Applicable Products
This document applies across SZLK products. Product-specific service facts, data practices, prices, risks, or territorial terms appear in the relevant product supplement. If the documents conflict, the product supplement controls only for that product and only for the stated difference. Neither document limits mandatory rights that apply to the user.
Rights Overview
Depending on location and applicable law, users may request access to personal data, a copy of data, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent, opt-out of sale or sharing, limitation of sensitive-data use, and information about how data is collected, used, shared, retained, and protected.
Submission Channels
Users may submit a request verbally or in writing through the privacy request route shown in the relevant product or by emailing dpo@szlk.ai. Use of a particular form is not a condition for a valid request. Users may ask for assistance or a reasonable adjustment when making a request.
Identity Verification
SZLK may verify identity using the user's logged-in account, account email, order information, or other proportionate information appropriate to the disclosure risk. SZLK will not ask for identification where identity is already clear or retain verification material longer than necessary. The response period begins when reasonably requested verification is received where law permits.
Response Time
Where UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, SZLK responds without undue delay and normally within one calendar month. If a lawful extension is needed because of complexity or the number of requests, SZLK will notify the user within the first month and explain the extension. Other requests are answered within the period required by applicable local law.
What a Request Can Cover
A request may cover account data, profile data, billing identifiers, generated outputs, uploaded files, support messages, consent records, analytics identifiers, or other product data associated with the user. Some records may be excluded where retention is required for legal claims, accounting, fraud prevention, security, compliance, or another lawful exception.
Deletion Requests
Where deletion applies, SZLK will delete or de-identify eligible data from active systems and allow backups to roll off according to retention schedules. Deletion may affect access to paid entitlements, generated history, account features, and product continuity.
Access and Portability
Where portability applies, SZLK will provide data supplied by the user in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format and, where technically feasible and secure, transmit it to another controller. Access copies are normally provided free of charge. Generated outputs, files, and records may be delivered through the product, a secure link, email, or another reasonable method.
Automated Decisions
If a decision is made solely by automated processing and produces a legal or similarly significant effect, the user may ask for an explanation, express their view, obtain meaningful human intervention, and challenge the outcome. The applicable product will identify such a decision and the available route before or when it occurs.
Non-Discrimination
SZLK will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising privacy rights. Some features may be unavailable where the data requested for deletion or restriction is necessary to provide that feature.
Authorised Agents
Where applicable law allows an authorised agent to submit a request, SZLK may require proof of authority and may still need to verify the user's identity directly.
Refusals, Fees, and Complaints
If SZLK does not act on all or part of a request, it will explain the reason, the right to complain, and any review route unless law prohibits that explanation. A fee or refusal will be considered only where permitted by law, including where a request is manifestly unfounded or excessive. Users may complain first to SZLK and may also contact the competent supervisory authority.
Where to Read and Use This Document
This document forms part of the legal terms shown in the product being used. Users can complete account, billing, cancellation, cookie, refund, and privacy actions through the controls displayed in that product. General legal and support questions may be emailed to hello@szlk.ai; privacy questions and rights requests may be emailed to dpo@szlk.ai.
Language Versions
Published language versions are governed to communicate the same rights, duties, and choices. If wording differs, SZLK will interpret the versions consistently, will not rely on an ambiguity to disadvantage a user, and will respect mandatory local law and mandatory local-language requirements.
Changes to This Document
SZLK may update this document to reflect changes in products, law, or operations. If a material change disadvantages users in relation to paid access or legal rights, SZLK will give clear advance notice where required and will provide any cancellation, refund, or consent choice required by law. The effective date identifies the version in force.
