Refund and Cancellation Policy
Effective 7 August 2026
Company Identity
The service is operated by SZLK LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 16843016, with registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. References to "SZLK", "we", "us", or "our" mean SZLK LTD unless a product-specific supplement states otherwise.
Applicable Products
This document applies across SZLK products. Product-specific service facts, data practices, prices, risks, or territorial terms appear in the relevant product supplement. If the documents conflict, the product supplement controls only for that product and only for the stated difference. Neither document limits mandatory rights that apply to the user.
Scope
This policy applies to paid subscriptions, one-time purchases, digital credits, generated reports, digital downloads, lifetime access, trials, and other paid entitlements offered by SZLK products unless a product-specific supplement gives a more specific rule.
Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy limits non-waivable consumer rights. If digital content or a service is not as described, of satisfactory quality, fit for a disclosed purpose, or supplied with reasonable care and skill, users may have rights to repair, repeat performance, replacement, price reduction, refund, or compensation under applicable law.
Information Before Purchase
Before purchase, the product shows the trader identity, main characteristics, total price and mandatory charges, payment timing, contract duration, renewal terms, usage limits, relevant compatibility, cancellation route, delivery timing, and any applicable right to cancel. Users receive confirmation in a form they can keep.
Cooling-Off and Goodwill Refund Window
SZLK offers a 14-day voluntary refund window for a first purchase unless the product supplement clearly states a lawful exception. This company policy is additional to any statutory cancellation right or remedy for faulty content or services. If a product displays a longer period, the longer period applies.
Digital Content and Immediate Access
If digital content begins during a statutory cancellation period and immediate supply would cause the user to lose that right, SZLK will obtain the user's express request or consent and acknowledgement of the loss of the right before supply begins, and will provide contract confirmation. Without the legally required steps, the statutory cancellation right is not treated as lost.
Subscriptions and Renewal
Before purchase, subscription terms state the billing period, renewal date, renewal price, trial end, included entitlement, cancellation deadline, and when access ends. SZLK sends legally required reminders and provides an easy way to stop renewal. Cancellation prevents future charges; past charges are handled under this policy and mandatory law.
One-Time Purchases, Credits, and Downloads
For one-time purchases, credits, generated reports, files, or downloads, the product supplement states when delivery is complete, whether unused credits expire, how viewing, downloading, or consumption affects a voluntary refund, and how failed delivery is remedied. A restriction that was not disclosed before purchase will not be added afterwards.
Refund Method and Timing
SZLK will acknowledge a refund request without undue delay and will identify any information reasonably needed to decide it. An approved refund is returned to the original payment method where practicable, without undue delay and no later than the period required by law. A bank or payment provider may take additional time to show the credit.
Possible Exceptions
A voluntary refund may be refused or fairly reduced where law permits because of fraud, actual credit consumption, digital content fully supplied after the required consent and acknowledgement, or a request outside the displayed voluntary period. An exception will not remove a statutory remedy for faulty supply, a valid cancellation right, or the requirement that consumer terms be fair.
Failed Delivery or Faulty Digital Content
If paid digital content or a service is not delivered, cannot be accessed, is materially faulty, or does not match its description, SZLK will provide repair, repeat performance, replacement, re-delivery, or credit restoration within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. If an appropriate remedy is impossible, delayed, or unsuccessful, SZLK will provide any price reduction or refund required by law.
How to Request a Refund or Cancel
Users can request cancellation or a refund through the account setting, billing control, support contact, or form displayed in the product. SZLK may ask only for account, order, purchase, and issue information reasonably needed to verify and process the request. Exercising a statutory right will not be made unnecessarily difficult.
Disputing a Refund Decision
If a user disagrees with a refund or cancellation decision, they may ask for the reason and evidence and request review through the product complaint route. This process does not limit a right to contact a consumer advice body, use an applicable payment remedy, complain to a regulator, or bring a legal claim.
Where to Read and Use This Document

Language Versions
Published language versions are governed to communicate the same rights, duties, and choices. If wording differs, SZLK will interpret the versions consistently, will not rely on an ambiguity to disadvantage a user, and will respect mandatory local law and mandatory local-language requirements.
Changes to This Document
SZLK may update this document to reflect changes in products, law, or operations. If a material change disadvantages users in relation to paid access or legal rights, SZLK will give clear advance notice where required and will provide any cancellation, refund, or consent choice required by law.
